The representative had two suggestions for getting the full installer. One is to get the backup disk (which they are able to submit the order for us, even if we did not select getting the disk during the original order).

The other approach is to call their online group at 888-372-1908 (select option 4 for download issues) and ask them if there is a way to download the full installer file. According to an email I have received from Nuance there is little point in me acquiring the backup disk because according to the email from their customer services here in the UK. The backup disc only contains the 50MB installer and there is absolutely nowhere that I can download the full 3.5GB full install because it hasn't been made available. I am located in USA. I'm guessing Nuance has a different attitude towards its UK users because my email definitely states the DVD will be in the form of a CD with only the 50MB installer on it. However for me it is all academic now because the good people of KnowBrainer have come to my rescue.
