Click to expand.If you really want to know, open Apple ColorSync Utility. It will list every profile. If you select a profile you'll see a Path that tells you where that document is. Click the Open button to the right of the Path to open a window with profile info. Then if you use the standard Mac shortcut of Command-clicking the title bar of that document window, the Mac will let you choose any of the folders shown in the pop-up menu so you can open it directly. The Epson driver profiles are inside the printer driver profile package, so if you were to navigate to the ICCProfiles folder shown, you would have to right-click the Pro3880.profiles package and choose Show Package Contents to get it open. You can look around in there, but don't change anything.

This seems to be confirmed by comparing the way the ICC's are organized in the 'ColorSync Utility' which Conrad Chavez showed in his reply. When I open ColorSync Utility, the ICC's I find, are not presented in separate sections that each are headed by e.g.' /Library/Printers/EPSON/inkjetPrinters etc.' As in the above ColorSync Utility page (by Conrad Chaves).
